Mixed Social and 4 aside Competition

New Season and Competitions,

Social Mixed and 4 a side

Geelong Volleyball is introducing a season of mixed social volleyball for all. The competition is open to everyone of all ages.

Make your team up of friends or family members. The basic rule of the team make-up is that a team must have two females at any given time.

Some other info:

Starts: 31st October 2011

Where: Leisuretime Centre, Anakie Rd, Bell Post Hill

Time: 7.00pm.

Match: 40 minutes

Cost: $5/person

Season length: Depends on team numbers but it will run at least till Christmas.

4 a Side Volleyball

This competition is for the more experienced and game player. The team will be comprised of 4 per side with modified rules.

Some of the mods will include;

• Spiking from behind attack line
• No dumping into the attack zone
• normal rotational serving

This comp will also start on the date above and at the same venue.
