Notice of Special General Meeting
Commencing at 7.00pm THIS Thursday 27th August 2009
Venue: Leisuretime Centre, Anakie Road, Norlane.
The GAVA committee will present the current GAVA statement of rules, with an intention, to look towards the current Victorian Consumer Affairs – Model Rules as a basis for amending current GAVA rules.
(1) CURRENT: Geelong Amateur Volleyball Associated Incorporated – Statement of Rules PROPOSED CHANGE: Association Incorporation Act (1981) – Model Rules for an Incorporated Association.
